Hot Lunch Order Form

PLEASE NOTE:

All orders must be submitted 3 business days prior to your even date. The order must be confirmed by an email confirmation by Kathy G. & Co. to client for pick-up or delivered day and time. All orders must be completed on-line from our website only- (Kathy G will not accept phone orders).

PICK UP ORDERS:

All pick-up orders must be a minimum of 25 people and picked-up from our main office located at:

11 West Park Circle
Birmingham Alabama 35211

DELIVERY ORDERS:

All delivery lunches must be a minimum of 30 guests.

Delivery Charge (within 20 miles): $55.00
Delivery Charge (outside of 20 miles): $85.00

Delivery Times: between 10:30am - 1:00pm

All items are served in disposable aluminium pans or black disposable bowls. Cutlery kits, plates, cups, napkins and serving pieces are included in the price. Bagged Ice will be sent with a disposable ice bowl and scoops. All lunches will be served with yeast rolls and pats of butter
