The chefs of Kathy G & Company were excited to attend The Cater Arts Culinary Arts Conference at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. The KG team attended the conference with the goal of collaborating with other chefs from around the country and to bring back hot, fresh new ideas for the season. The conference cooked up some delicious treats with a home-grown, organic feel. Chocolate Chip Cookies with Milk, a Crepe Bar with Toppings and a Raw Vegetable and Fruit Stand with Assorting Dipping Sauces were show cased at the conference. A colorful design set-up was the perfect compliment to the bright, fresh foods!
