Summer Tomato Corn Pizza


1 8 oz Pizza Dough or 1 10 in. Prebaked Pizza Crust


Selection of Tomatoes (Heirloom, Roma and/or Globe)

¼ t Table Salt

1/8 t Black Pepper

1/3 C Pesto

2-3 Heads of Sweet Corn, Roasted

8 oz Mozzarella, Sliced

3 T Basil Leaves (whole or cut)


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle flour onto baking sheet, then lay prebaked pizza crust on top or roll out pizza dough with a rolling pin before placing on the sheet.

Spread Pesto over Pizza Crust. Cut the Roasted Sweet Corn off of the Cobb and spread it over the Pesto. Cut tomatoes into halves or slices, laying them on top of the Pesto and Corn. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over the Tomatoes. Add the sliced Mozzarella and Basil leaves to pizza top.

Bake the Summer Pizza for 15 minutes or until the pizza is golden brown.

Your Summer Pizza is ready to eat!
