1 C. Maple Syrup
2 C. Sugar
Mint Springs (for garnish)
Put Maple Syrup and 1 C. of Sugar on the stove over heat and stir.
After the Sugar dissolves, add the Fresh Cranberries to the Syrup mixture.
When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and strain the Cranberries.
Spread 1 C. of Sugar onto a cookie sheet and toss the Cranberries in the Sugar.
Give the Cranberries a few minutes to dry.
Lay crackers out on you r preferred serving piece.
Top the crackers with a square of Brie.
Top the Brie with Sparkling Cranberries.
Garnish with Mint Sprig.
