Shrimp Ceviche

1 lb raw tail off shrimp (51’s work great)ceviche4
2 cups seeded cucumber, large diced
1 cup Lime Juice
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1-2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours until ready to serve.
