Brown Sugar S’mores Pie Pops

Brown Sugar Cookie Dough Ingredients:

2 Cups of Butter

3 Cups of Dark Brown Sugar

2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs

6 2/3 Cups of All Purpose Flour

2 teaspoons of Baking Soda

1 teaspoon of Salt

 

Brown Sugar S’mores Pie Pop Ingredients:

Brown Sugar Cookie Dough

3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars

1 Bag of Mini Marshmallows

12 Cake Pop Sticks

Flour

 

Brown Sugar Cookie Dough Directions:

Cream Butter and Sugar.

Combine all other ingredients.

Mix until smooth.

 

Brown Sugar S’mores Pie Pop Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Generously spread Flour onto your working surface so that the Dough does not stick.

Roll out Dough and cut it into 24 thin rectangles.

On 1 piece of Brown Sugar Cookie Dough, place 3 squares of Chocolate in the center of the Dough, leaving about ¼ inch of Dough around the edges.

Place about 6-7 Mini Marshmallows on top of the Chocolate squares.

Place a stick on top of the Chocolate and Marshmallow.

Cover with a second piece of Dough.

Fold the bottom edge of Dough over the top edge of the Dough and crimp the ends together with a fork.

Gently place the pops on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake pops at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool and enjoy!
